Elena Salmistraro

Product designer and artist, she lives and works in Milan. She graduated from Politecnico di Milano in 2008, and in September 2009, together with architect Angelo Stoli, she founded Alko_studio, her own studio dealing with architecture and design, where she still works today. In 2010 she registered her own fashion and design brand Alla’s, and in the same year she participated in the exhibition “L’anima sensibile delle cose” at the Triennale Design Museum in Milan. Elena’s philosophy approaches the organic, fluid, sinuous, yet sometimes angular world of the natural ecosystem.
